Toner Eagle ships toner refill kits via either U.S.P.S. Priority Mail or U.S.P.S. First Class Mail. All remanufactured toner cartridges are shipped via either U.P.S. Ground or FEDEX Ground. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost.
Toner Eagle does not process or ship orders during the weekend. (Saturday and Sunday)
If you have an issue with any of our products, please call us. Many issues can be resolved by our support staff.
Returns are permitted within 60 days of the delivered date.
Damaged/Defective products can be sent back for either replacement or a full refund.
When you do send products back, please be sure to include your eBay ID, item number and e-mail address.
The costs of shipping the products back to Toner Eagle are the buyer's responsibility.
