    This is new old stock.
    Battery is pre-installed, however battery life is not guaranteed, the battery may need to be replaced prior to use.
    If by chance you need a new battery, it uses:

    I'm not sure if these are rechargeable, I did not see a cable included. If it needs one you'll have to purchase that separately.  I suspect they are not rechargeable, because none of the listings on eBay include a cable.
