Dick's Quality Diecast is a discriminating collector of 1/12 & 1/18 diecast racing car REPLICAS. We have been an active and demanding eBay member for almost 17 years.  After a 7 year hiatus, this eBay store has been reactivated.  With eBay Store & our Dick's Quality Diecast Facebook page, we will continue to strive to treat our customers exactly as we would want to be treated.  Dick's Quality Diecast will be stocking the Acme Trading, AutoArt, BBR, CMC, Greenlight, GP Replicas, GT Spirit, MiniChamps & TrueScale Miniatures replicas that are in the highest demand. We are starting out slow but will continue to expand our number and breath of new car offerings.
Dick Hildebrand is an almost 60 year Indy, Can Am, Le Mans, F-1 & NASCAR racing fan. Now retired he is in the process of rationalizing his extensive collection. We now have the time to reopen this eBay Store. We expect to have our new "Dick's Quality Diecast" web site LIVE by July 15th, 2021. We will be listing many of our highest quality, hard to find racing diecasts. Over a 17 year period, we have maintained ~100% feedback rating and offer a 7 day return privilege – “no questions asked"!!
Payment
Payment thru eBay Payment Processing is now required as eBay no longer accepts PayPal.
I believe they take almost all payment forms.
When your payment is received, your item will be shipped the next business day. All items will ship within 24 hours (except Sundays & Holidays), Payment is expected within 2  days of the end of an auction. If payment is not received by then a non-payment dispute will be automatically initiated by eBay & the item will be relisted.
Shipping
Dick's Quality Diecast offers the most efficient shipping and handling possible. Upon close of an auctio
n, your item(s) will be boxed & set aside. As soon as payment is received the Mailing Label & packing slip will be printed & your package sent out. Bidders will be notified thru eBay of the tracking number.
All domestic
& International shipments will include Free insurance to cover the value of the item + shipping. If y
our item is damaged in transit, assistance from the buyer is necessary to show proof of loss for any claim filed.  It will
usually
be shipped Priority Mail unless the weight qualifies for USPS First Class Mail. Express Mail shipping is available if desired. We also use Express Mail if the customer so desires.
International Buyers - Please Note:
For our international customers,
we use the eBay's Global Shipping Program. We have tested this & the actual shipping cost is about 20% less than International Priority Mail plus it includes insurance. You will get an invoice from eBay that includes your country's duty & taxes.
We also offer First Class International shiooing but the the Buyer must pay duty & taxes upon receipt and assume ALL responsibility for damage or loss.

For purchases in the continental US of over 0, shipping by USPS Parcel Post service is Free. Also, US purchases over 0 and all foreign purchases, will include
FREE
insurance. Payment must be paid thru the eBay payment system as eBay has ended their relationship with PayPald. Your item will be shipped by the next business day.

International shipping is much too expensive to allow for return shipments. But the eBay Global Shipping system includes insurance.

Dick Hildebrand is a retired Research and Project Engineer then a Project and Program Manager.  He has been an active Seller and a demanding Buyer on eBay for over 18 years. We have had an ~100% feedback rating for all of this time because we treat every one of our customers EXACTLY as he wanted to be treated.
Dick stepped away from reselling & closed his original eBay Store & web site 6 years ago. Now that we are settled

We have returned to active re-selling 18 months ago. We hope to have our new web site available by July, 2021. Currently our web address redirects to our eBay Store.
We have been very avid IndyCar fans for almost 60 years and were also interested in Can Am, Le Mans, F-1 and NASCAR racing. 18 years ago, Dick became addicted to collecting quality diecasts of the cars that he saw "Up Close and Personal" in the '60's and 70's. We accumulated a very large collection of 1/18 and 1/12 cars. All of these quality collectables are considered to be among the finest available. Many were obtained new from the manufacture as part of our former re-seller activity. Like many addicts, Dick became a dealer to support his habit.
After retiring, we are in the process of rationalizing this collection of over 500 1/18 ana 1:12 diecast Indy Cars, F-1, Le Mans & high performance road cars. Besides the latest releases, we will be selling a number of these high quality diecast replicas. Most of these are new & autographed. Please check back to review the latest offerings. These cars have mostly been in storage for many years. They are in need of a new home where they can be seen and appreciated.
We have recently added HO Model Rail Roading to our interest and, on occasion, we will have some cars , structures & locomotives from this actitity for sale.
