    DIPS is a liquid makeup that holds up to abrasion, water, heat, sweat & perspiration. Dazzle DIPS is a beautiful shimmer, metallic makeup that add pop and wow to any extreme makeup looks.
    Made by Showoff's Body Art makers of the popular ProAiir Hybrid airbrush makeup.  DIPS is concentrated makeup for line work only, it will not flow to sponge or paint on bases or do blending. It is an excellent makeup for hand-painted tattoos, for line-work over traditional face paints, makeups and airbrush makeup.
    Squirt DIPS on a palette and use. Thin, reactivate dry makeup on palette and clean brushes with 99% rubbing alcohol.
